Last week, we went 3-1 on our Bills bets and we’re back for another week of “Betting Buffalo with Ben.”

This week the Bills are home against the Tennessee Titans and these are teams trending in different directions. The Titans are coming off a heartbreaker to the Giants in Week 1, while the Bills shredded the defending Super Bowl Champions in SoFi Stadium to start their year.

Let’s take a look at some of my favorite bets for Monday night against the Titans.

The spread for this game is whopping -9.5 for the Bills as the Titans are getting over a TD. As much as I think the Bills may blow the Titans out this week I will not be touching that spread. That’s a lot of points to give a team, especially a team the Bills have struggled against recently and on primetime as well.

A safer play that I like a lot is the Bills Team Total over 29.5 points.

We saw that the offense was clicking last week and they would’ve put up over 40 points had it not been for the turnovers. That was against a much better defense as well, and on the road. I think Buffalo’s offense stays humming for their home opener and I like them to put up over 30 points in this game.

We saw the Giants put up 21 points on them in the 2nd half, imagine what Buffalo will do in a full game, and especially at home.

The next play I like is Dawson Knox TD at + 155.

I think this is some tremendous value for a guy that gets a lot of red zone targets and someone that we did not see a lot of last week. Knox was not very involved in the game plan last week, however I think that changes this week, especially with Gabe Davis doubtful for the game.

In the red zone is where Knox thrives and I like the value here for Knox to get a TD.

Bills First Half -6 is another play I like.

I’ve been betting a good amount of these first half bets and I think this is a better play than the full game. We see the good teams jump out to a big lead at half time and then ease up in the second half of games allowing teams to backdoor cover a lot. I like the Bills -6 in the first half. I see this being a 17-7 first half. While the Bills may jump out to a lead early on, there is always a chance the Titans could come back a little bit in the second half and cover that 10 point spread. So I love this first half bet.

One of my other favorite props I love is Stefon Diggs over 75.5 receiving yards.

Diggs had a huge game last week against arguably the best cornerback in the league. Now in a game potentially without Gabe Davis, I think Diggs will get a lot of attention from Josh Allen in this game. In a fire-powered offense, Diggs getting 76 yards should be fairly easy for him.

To recap my four favorite bets for tonight:

-Bills team total over 29.5
-Dawson Knox anytime TD
-Bills First Half -6
-Diggs over 75.5 receiving yards
