The Buffalo Bills and wide receiver Josh Palmer have reached an agreement on a three-year, $36 million deal, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Palmer was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers with the 77th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft and has started 29 games for them over the past four seasons.
Known for his route-running skills and ability to create separation, Palmer ranked fifth in route win rate against man coverage and tenth against zone—an area of concern for Bills receivers in 2024.

Statistically, Palmer’s best season was in 2022 when he received 107 targets and caught 72 passes for 769 yards and three touchdowns.
Palmer fills a need for the Bills as an outside weapon. He will join a wide receiver room that currently includes Khalil Shakir, Curtis Samuel and Keon Coleman.
