The Buffalo Bills have a chance to put an early stranglehold on the AFC East when the New England Patriots come to town Sunday night.

The 4-0 Bills, who already have divisional wins vs. the Jets and Dolphins, can essentially take a 3.5-game lead with a victory over the 2-2 Patriots.

However, a win by the Patriots would go a long way for them down the stretch.

Not only would it bring them to within one game of taking the AFC East, but the Patriots have an extremely favorable schedule after their showdown with the Bills.

The remaining 13 games after Sunday show teams with a combined .313 winning percentage.  Conversely, the Bills remaining opponents have a combined .458 winning percentage.

Currently, after four weeks, the Bills are heavy favorites to win the AFC East, with Vegas giving them -2000 odds to do so.
