The Buffalo Bills defeated the Tennessee Titans at home on Sunday, 34-10.

The Bills had a slow start but eventually picked it up in the second half. And, Amari Cooper made a major impact in his Bills debut.

The Good

Josh Allen’s second half

Josh Allen and the Bills offense got it going in the second half, starting with a 12-yard touchdown to Cooper. Allen connected with Cooper in the back of the endzone to make it 10-14.

Later, early in the fourth quarter, Allen connected with running back Ty Johnson on a four-yard touchdown reception to make it 24-10.

Allen finished the game 21/33 for 323 passing yards and two passing touchdowns. Allen and the Bills offense found a way to get it going in the second half and poured it on to beat the Titans.

Amari Cooper

Newly acquired receiver Amari Cooper started off with a tough drop on his first target but he bounced back to have himself a great performance. Cooper caught four of his five targets and finished with 66 receiving yards and a receiving touchdown. Cooper was a bright spot in the Bills offense and will be a key piece in the offense moving forward.

Keon Coleman

Rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman is finally starting to find his rhythm. Coleman led the Bills in receiving yards with 125 on four receptions. He showed his run-after-catch ability and had a touchdown grab that was later overturned.

Ray Davis

Ray Davis continued where he left off last week against the Jets, finishing the game with five carries for 47 yards and a touchdown. Davis helped the Bills extend their lead and finished out the game for the Bills.

Greg Rousseau

Greg Rousseau had himself a great game in the Bills win over the Titans. Rousseau had two solo tackles, three assisted tackles, a half sack, and six quarterback hits, the most by any defender this season.

Tyler Bass

Tyler Bass bounced back this week, finishing 2/2 on field goals and 4/4 on extra point attempts. Bass was called out for his poor performances by Bills fans but this week he was perfect. The Bills signed kicker Lucas Havrisik to their practice squad after Bass’ poor performances but this week he made a case for himself.

The Bad

First-half offense

Josh Allen and the Bills offense had a rough start to the game. The Bills offense went three and out three times to start the game which led to the Bills being down 10-0. They could not find their rhythm in the first half until James Cook found his way into the endzone to end the first half. They punted three times to start the game, yet they turned it around in the second half.

First-half defense

The Bills defense let up 10 points to a banged-up Titans offense with a backup quarterback starting and a lack of help at receiver. Mason Rudolph and the Titans offense were driving down the field consistently in the first half.
