The 2026 NFL Draft is here, and the Buffalo Bills are set with seven picks to play with.
Buffalo will look to fill some holes in the roster going into next season through the draft. General manager Brandon Beane and the Bills front office have had visits with many different prospects ahead of the draft and have their board set.
Some of the Bills’ needs include:
- EDGE/Outside Linebacker
- WR
- Inside Linebacker
- Interior Offensive Line
- Corner/Safety depth
Here is a look at my latest Buffalo Bills 2026 NFL Mock Draft:
Round 1, Pick 26
Texas A&M WR, KC Concepcion

Many Bills fans are pleased with the trade Buffalo made with Chicago to get star wide receiver D.J. Moore, but Josh Allen needs more weapons, and Texas A&M wide receiver KC Concepcion has been a highly-mocked pick to Buffalo. The Bills have had multiple meetings with Concepcion, including at the combine and hosting him on a pre-draft visit. If the Bills are looking to add another weapon to the offense, Concepcion may be the target at pick 26.
Round 3, Pick 91
Iowa State DT, Domonique Orange
Domonique Orange, nicknamed “Big Citrus”, is a 22-year-old defensive tackle out of Iowa State. Orange would be a great pick for the Bills at 91, as they no longer have a second-round pick, and are seeking to beef up their defensive front. Orange has great first-step quickness off the line of scrimmage at his size, weighing 322 lbs. Orange can very well be the big addition that Buffalo is seeking on their defensive front. Buffalo has previously hosted Orange on a pre-draft visit.
Round 4, Pick 126
USC S, Bishop Fitzgerald
The Bills have made solid additions to the safety position with the signings of C.J. Gardner-Johnson and Geno Stone, yet adding solid depth in the fourth round would not hurt. Bishop Fitzgerald started his collegiate career at NC State and later transferred to USC for his final season where he racked up five interceptions in the Trojans secondary.
Round 5, Pick 165
Iowa OG, Beau Stephens
The Bills have a hole to fill at left guard following the departure of David Edwards to New Orleans. Iowa’s Beau Stephens committed to the Hawkeyes out of high school, redshirting his first season, and playing four full seasons with the BIG 10 program. Stephens has versatility, lining up at both right and left guard during his collegiate career. Stephens got an invite and participated in this year’s Senior Bowl. He would be a great pick up at an important position for Buffalo on Day 3 of the draft.
Round 5, Pick 168
Texas Tech WR, Caleb Douglas
After the Bills select a weapon in Concepcion in round one, I have them taking a bigger target standing at 6’ 4” in round five. Caleb Douglas played four years in college, spending his first two seasons at Florida before transferring to Texas Tech. With the Red Raiders, Douglas averaged over 800 yards per season. Douglas would add a big-bodied target for Allen, something the Bills offense has consistently lacked.
Round 6, Pick 182
TCU LB, Kaleb Elarms-Orr
The Bills have a significant need for a linebacker to fill depth in a new scheme. Buffalo needs a thumper at the linebacker position who can also help in stopping the run. Kaleb Elarms-Orr out of TCU is a player who flies downhill against the run and can add good size to the linebacker room. Finishing with 130 total tackles in his final season, Elarms-Orr would be a good addition in the sixth round, adding to the linebacking corps.
Round 7, Pick 220
Duke DE/EDGE, Vincent Anthony Jr.
With the Bills final pick in the 2026 NFL draft, I have them taking Duke edge rusher Vicent Anthony Jr (6’6″, 250 lbs). Playing all four years of his collegiate career, Anthony only increased his numbers throughout the years. In his final season, Anthony finished with 7.5 sacks, the year prior finishing with five.
