The Buffalo Bills were embarrassed against one of their biggest divisional rivals on Sunday, moving them to 6-3 on the season.
The 30-13 blowout loss to the Dolphins put the Bills’ chances of winning the AFC East further in doubt, and as for now, their focus should be on wild card seed positioning.
Had the Bills beat the Dolphins, they would have kept pace with the Patriots (8-2) in the East race; but now with the tiebreaker over the Bills, the Patriots basically have a two-game lead.
With the loss Sunday, the Bills moved down one spot to the six seed in the AFC standings, falling behind the Chargers.
There are several teams that the Bills are rooting for to lose this weekend to help them with AFC posturing and to continue to seek the AFC East title and possibly even the number one seed.
Obviously, the Bills need to beat the Buccaneers for these possibilities to come to fruition.

Here are the teams Bills fans should be rooting for to win in order of prevalence this weekend:
Jets (+13.5) over Patriots
If the Bills want to host a playoff game this season, they first have to win the AFC East. The Patriots (8-2) need to lose at least once in their remaining seven games and then again to Buffalo in December.
Jaguars (+2.5) over Chargers
The Chargers (7-3) currently hold the five seed, one ahead of the Bills. However, if youâre one to root against the Chiefs (5-4) to make the playoffs, youâre a Chargers fan this weekend.
Chiefs (+3.5) over Broncos
Rooting interest could go either way in this game. The Broncos have an 8-2 record and currently hold the number two seed. So, for seeding purposes, Bills fans should want the Broncos to lose. However, rooting for the Chiefs to win any game, is against everything I stand for.
A Broncos win sinks the Chiefs to a 5-5 record, and this would likely prevent them from winning the AFC West, it would put a big dent in their playoff hopes as well.
Browns (+8.5) over Ravens
The Ravens (4-5) currently sit in the tenth AFC seed and with a healthy Lamar Jackson are looking primed to take over the AFC Northâs top spot currently held by the Steelers (5-4).
No one wants to play Lamar in the playoffs.
Titans (+6.5) over Texans
The Texans (4-5) are currently battling with the Chiefs and Ravens for the seventh and final AFC seed.
