Josh Allen

There’s not much you need to say when it comes to the fantasy value of Josh Allen. Allen finished last year as the number one fantasy QB in the NFL with 402.58 points. Once again, you can expect another excellent fantasy year from Allen with basically all of his weapons coming back and multiple additions in the draft and free agency. Of course, every fantasy owner is different when taking a QB in the draft, but whenever you decide to take a QB, he should be on top of your list.

Value: High End QB1

Devin Singletary

Singletary had a very underrated season in fantasy this past season as he finished as the 17th-ranked running back, totaling 197.80 points. Going into this season, his value should be very similar. Yes, the addition of James Cook could decrease his value, but it could also open up more avenues for success if the defenses key in on Cook. Once again, the Bills offense will be mainly passing dominate. Still, because defenses focus so much on the pass, if the interior OL improves, there should be avenues for Singletary to succeed.

Value: Low End RB2

James Cook

Rookies are always exciting in fantasy. When it comes to Cook, he is already going to a loaded offense, but his position might be considered one of the quick components of the offense. His year-one value will be mainly in the passing game, not so much the running game. We definitely will see the Bills use Cook in the running game, but the main reason the Bills drafted Cook was for his pass-catching ability. So, fantasy owners, you should be excited for the receiving yards and yards after the catch, but don’t expect a ton of rushes or rushing touchdowns early on. I could see a peak towards the second half of the year, but right now, Cook is still very much an unknown.

Value: Low End Flex

Zack Moss

When it comes to Zack Moss and his fantasy value, it might be nonexistent. Last year he finished as the 45th ranked RB, totaling 105.20 points throughout the season. With the selection of Cook, Moss right now is the 3rd RB on the roster. His only real fantasy value will come in the red zone, and goal line sets. He is a super touchdown-dependent RB. Before selecting him in your drafts, ensure his roster spot is safe.

Value: Bench Player

Stefon Diggs

Being an elite route runner and pass catcher has its advantages in fantasy football. Diggs finished as the 7th best WR in fantasy this past season, completing the year with 285.50 points. You can expect another great year from Diggs as long as Josh Allen is still throwing him the football. Diggs does everything in the Bills offense, and unlike some of the other top-end WRs, he is not touchdown dependent which is a massive plus. You could even say Diggs had a slightly down year from his previous year in Buffalo and still finished as a top 10 WR. In most drafts, I would expect Diggs to be a mid-second or early third-round pick.

Value: High End WR1

Gabe Davis

This might be the most fascinating player on the Bills offense in fantasy football. With no Emmanuel Sanders, Davis’ fantasy value has skyrocketed. He finished as the 54th best WR in fantasy this past season, finishing with 125.90 points. I don’t expect him to spend anywhere near that position this upcoming year. However, with him being solidified as the number 2 WR, his targets, receptions, and yards should all go up. Don’t forget he is one of Allen’s favorite red-zone targets.

Value: High End WR2

Jamison Crowder

One of the new additions to the Bills offense this offseason was Crowder, who arrives to fill the slot position. Over the last couple of years, he has been productive when he has been on the field, but you have to factor in his injury concerns and that he has missed some games. But he isn’t coming into Buffalo to be the number one guy like he had to do early on with the Jets. The slot position is critical in this offense, and if Crowder stays healthy, I expect him to get a lot of targets as he execs with yards after the catch. This past season Crowder finished as the 57th best WR totaling 109.70 points.

Value: Low End Flex

Khalil Shakir

Like I mentioned earlier with James Cook, fantasy football for rookies is quite exciting, and they become fascinating when you are a fifth-round pick. I expect Shakir to play somewhat a role this upcoming season, but we all know this was a selection for the future. So when it comes to fantasy, you can see him lined up in the slot and on the outside. He will mainly be a slot receiver in his career and could be the eventual replacement for Crowder. But for this season, only his snaps should be limited unless we see an injury or he lights up training camp.

Value: Bench Player

Isiah Mckenzie

What role McKenzie will play on this team will be interesting in terms of fantasy. He isn’t your traditional slot WR – but he isn’t your standard player anyway. I expect the Bills to use him in many different ways, basically a high-end gadget player. He finished as the 101st-best WR this past season, finishing with 52.50 points. I expect that point total to go up because if the Bills weren’t going to increase his workload, they would not have brought him back. McKenzie is not traditional. They will line him up anywhere and try their best to get him into space to maximize his speed.

Value: Bench Player (With Low End Flex Upside)

Dawson Knox

No one had more of a breakout year than Dawson Knox. He went from the Bills having to potentially upgrade the TE position to becoming an elite weapon for Allen. He finished as the 10th-ranked TE this past season (164.10 points). The biggest thing in his game was that he finished tied for most TDs by any TE in the NFL. As a fantasy owner, you must love that. He was one of Allen’s favorite red-zone targets, and his yards after the catch improved dramatically. The expectation should be another stellar year from Knox.

Value: Low End TE1

O.J. Howard

One of the new additions for the Buffalo Bills offense this past offseason was adding a legit TE2, something that the Bills have been lacking. Former first-round pick Howard has had a very up and down career in Tampa, where we saw him get injured and not get consistent reps. This is a significant prove-it deal for him, and he is walking into an offense where he will see the ball a lot. He finished this past season as the 53rd ranked TE, totaling 33.50 points in a limited role. As his role increases, so will his production and fantasy value. This could be a profound sleeper in most leagues if the Bills use him like I think they will.

Value: Low End TE2

Tyler Bass

When it comes to kicking in fantasy, it is super slept on. That is why we usually don’t see kickers taken until the end of the draft. However, when it comes to Tyler Bass, he’s become one of the most consistent kickers in the NFL. This past season he finished as the 10th-ranked kicker, totaling 139.00 points. The good thing with Bass is that he has become super reliable and accurate, and that is all you need from a kicker. The downside for him is that the Bills don’t settle for many field goals, so that is where his value tends to drop.

Value: Low End Kicker1

Bills Defense

Under Sean McDermott, the Bills have always had a reliable defense, and they had one of the best in the league last year. The Bills are loaded on the defense with Hyde, Poyer, White, Edmunds, Milano, and Oliver. They also added in the offseason Von Miller, Kair Elam, and Daquan Jones – just to name a few. Last year the Bills finished as the 4th-ranked defense in fantasy, finishing with 149 points. With everyone back and the additions to the team, the Bills should be one of the top defenses in fantasy.

Value: High End Defense1
