This past Sunday versus the Cardinals, Rousseau recorded three crucial sacks for the Bills along with a forced fumble and six tackles in the Bills’ come-from-behind 34-28 victory. He forced a turnover that helped the Bills regain the lead after starting in a 14-point hole.

This is the second time Rousseau has received this honor. He was also awarded AFC DPOW honors after his Week 5 performance versus the Chiefs in 2021.
