Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott will coach his 100th regular season game in Week 3 of the 2023 season.
Currently, Sean McDermott’s 97 games coached ranks third in Buffalo Bills history behind Marv Levy (182) and Lou Saban (117). However, his winning percentage is tops in franchise history.
McDermott will be the 106th coach to reach the 100-game mark in NFL history and his .639 winning percentage joins Hall of Fame company where he would rank 13th among all NFL coaches who’ve coached 100 games.

McDermott has made the playoffs in five of six seasons as Bills head coach. He most notably ended the 17-year playoff drought in his first year at the helm in 2017 and rattled off three consecutive AFC East division titles from 2020-22. Now, after numerous playoff letdowns, he has his sights on something that no Bills head coach in history has been able to accomplish — a Super Bowl victory.
