According to a recent Built In Buffalo Twitter poll, over 61% of Bills fans think that it’s “Super Bowl or bust” for the team this season.

I’m going to go ahead and side with the 61.3% of voters. If the season doesn’t end with a Super Bowl, then what would Bills fans be celebrating? We can’t be celebrating another playoff loss or even a trip to the Super Bowl and a loss in heartbreaking fashion again.

The Bills aren’t getting any younger and, pretty soon, Allen’s contract is going to make it tougher to build pieces around him. This year’s team has all the makings for a Super Bowl win.

This is arguably the best roster the Bills have put together in over two decades: Josh Allen at QB, Diggs at WR1, a defense featuring the best secondary in the league and All-Pro safeties, and a 2-time Super Bowl champion and future Hall of Fame edge rusher in Von Miller.

They have the playoff experience in both the players and the coaching staff now and fans hope that both can learn from their past mistakes to go the entire way this year.

I’m curious to hear from the 39% of those that voted “No” on the poll. The Bills have been AFC East Division Champs two straight years and they are currently the consensus betting odds favorite to win the Super Bowl. Josh Allen is also the front runner to win the MVP this year. If this isn’t going to be the year, then when is it going to be?

After a breakout year in 2020 that eclipsed even Bills fans’ expectations, the bar was set sky high for the Bills last year in 2021. We all knew they were going to be good, the question was “how good?” Well, the story for the 2021 Bills was that they were inconsistent. You never knew what to expect. And, while the loss to the Chiefs in the Divisional Round was heartbreaking, there was definitely a silver lining.

One thing we learned for sure was that Josh Allen is ready for the bright lights after two of the best playoff performances in recent memory in back to back games. There is nothing that can possibly tell me that Buffalo is not ready to win it all this year. They went out and signed Von Miller, the stud edge rusher they’ve been needing. Tre’Davious White will be back, and they drafted a physically-gifted CB in Kaiir Elam. And, Jamison Crowder, James Cook and OJ Howard are even more offensive weapons for Allen. This team has the best odds to win it all for a reason, and that reason is because they are expected to win.
