Bills add WR and LB in fourth round of draft  

The Bills added to both sides of the ball early on Day 3 of the NFL Draft.

Buffalo had two consecutive selections within the fourth round, first taking wide receiver Skyler Bell with pick 125, then taking linebacker Kaleb Elarms-Orr at 126. The Bills had needs at both positions ahead of this year’s draft, and they targeted them in the fourth.  

Round 4, Pick 125 (UConn WR, Skyler Bell)  

Skyler Bell was one of the top targets at receiver for Buffalo ahead of the draft. The Bills met with Bell at this year’s combine where he ran a 4.4, 40-yard dash. In Bell’s final season with UConn, he posted 101 receptions for 1,278 yards and 13 touchdowns, earning All-American honors along with Biletnikoff Award considerations.  

Bell stands at 5’ 11” and shows great quickness and explosive ability with the ball in his hands. He has the versatility to lineup inside or outside, which will make a great addition in Joe Brady’s offense.  

Round 4, Pick 126 (TCU LB, Kaleb Elarms-Orr)  

Kaleb Elarms-Orr is a 6’ 2” linebacker who brings great sideline-to-sideline ability and versatility to the Bills defense. Starting 24 games over his collegiate career, he put up good production, including 130 total tackles along with 11 tackles for loss in 2025. Elarms-Orr ran a quick 4.47 40-yard dash at the combine.

Buffalo showed interest in Elarms-Orr pre-draft as they had a top-30 visit with him. He fits the mold of Jim Leonhard’s new defensive scheme and should provide value early-on.
